I define my paintings "Iconic Abstraction" and the use I make of color is specific to the subject matter.

I never opened the "Porte fenétre à Collùre" as my work is still into that window...looking inward into a transcendental space.

My use of traditional mediums such as oil colors and mineral pigments in a non-traditional way, lead me to discover new paths and new possibilities for painting to stay alive.

Painting nowadays is an act of courage.
